A taste of the North West for the Manchester International Festival

Those who are planning on visiting Manchester’s International festival are in for a culinary treat as Heathcotes have won the contract for the catering at the festival’s pavilion.

Heathcote Outside owned by chef Paul Heathcote will provide a specially designed menu of meals, drinks and snacks, using regional and seasonal produce.

Paul Heathcote trained for 12 years with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saison. As a champion of British regional cuisine, Heathcote has built up a diverse empire in the north-west of England.

Manchester International festival runs from 2nd-19th July.
