Hotshots comes to the Shireburn Arms

The Shireburn Arms Hotel in the Ribble valley will be the host of July’s Hotshots Menu.

The 15th July will see a menu from 21 year old Robbie Walls, including Parma Ham with Garstang Blue Salad along with slow roasted Goosnargh Duck and Warm Dark Chocolate Tart for just £15.

Hotshots gives the opportunity once a month for young and upcoming chefs to devise their own three course menu in the kitchens they work in whilst letting the head chef sit back and enjoy the night
